A dim-to-warm LED strip is designed to mimic the behaviour of traditional incandescent or halogen bulbs, where the light becomes warmer (more amber or yellow) as it is dimmed. Instead of just reducing brightness when dimmed, a dim-to-warm LED strip changes both its brightness and colour temperature. At full brightness, the light appears cooler, typically around 3000K, like a standard warm white. As you lower the intensity, the colour temperature shifts toward a warmer, more relaxing tone (around 1800K to 2200K), creating a soft, candlelight-like glow. This feature is ideal for spaces like living rooms, restaurants, or bedrooms, where you may want brighter light for tasks but warmer, cosier lighting when relaxing or creating ambiance.
